In this blog Part 2, I will bring you on my journey where I discover solutions to midlife wellness with Dr. Susan.

4: Making the Appointment

Once you have researched Dr. Susan, the Complete Midlife Wellness Center, and decided on your area of consultation, schedule the appointment! If you are not sure where to start, don’t worry, the staff are very helpful.   Dr. Susan and her team are very flexible and accommodating. At time of scheduling the appointment, the fee is due for the consultation. This ensures you will NOT miss your appointment!  The app, Breeze is used for details and correspondence. There are several services provided which reflect the fees.

5: Preparing for the Appointment

Once an appointment is scheduled, instructions to prepare for the appointment are provided. Such as a health questionnaire, consent documentation and requisition for a complete blood hormonal testing, 2 weeks prior to the appointment. Steps taken prior to the appointment are vitally important because that is what the doctor will review with you.


6: Empowering Appointment


I DID NOT FEEL RUSHED!  What a refreshing way to have a one- on- one appointment that is all about you and your body co. No rushing, no waiting 1 hour hormone consultation which includes a complete blood hormonal evaluation and an extensive consultation regarding options including bio-identical hormone prescriptions, hormone pellets, and bio-identical creams.

7: Empowerment and Transformation

The option on alternative healthcare is yours to decide and embrace. The empowerment having the focus on you and your body to have active happiness in midlife is wonderful. Do what you believe is best for you and focus on the positive such as your wisdom, NO MORE PERIODS and more me time.  Change is inevitable, we have one life, so let this life be our best life!
